Due to expanding market demand, we are scaling up our real estate investment business and now seek top-tier management talent to strengthen our sales team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Real Estate sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, assistant training staffs and help for new real estate agent onboarding paperwork , also providing excellent service to our clients . This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage daily office operations, including scheduling staff training meetings and Make sure the sales revenue grows . Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses. Provide support to staff as a personal assistant for licensing paper work , ensuring their administrative needs are met efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents. Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting guests and managing incoming calls. Coordinate office supplies inventory and procurement to ensure the office is well-stocked. Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Experience Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as communication with diverse clientele is essential. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with office equipment and technology, including computers and software applications relevant to administrative tasks.
