Position Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee the administrative operations of the main office, ensuring that all documentation, scheduling, and office activities support efficient project execution. This role serves as a key liaison between management, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and support construction management staff Maintain project documentation, contracts, subcontracts, and state compliance records Coordinate communication between office staff, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers Process billings, insurance and bond requests Ensure office policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a construction or related industry Strong knowledge of construction project processes and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word; Google Business Suite, and Quickbooks. Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
