Position Overview:
The Office Manager will provide essential support to management and staff, helping ensure that daily operations run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values precision, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in person and over the phone Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email communications Order and manage office supplies and inventory Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Support team members with administrative tasks Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Strong computer literacy and typing skills Experience in clerical and administrative roles Excellent organizational and time management abilities Customer service and phone etiquette expertise Previous experience in the construction field is a plus Notary Public is a plus
