Job Description

Bilingual Office Manager/Bookkeeper 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Sleepy Hollow, NY Bilingual Office Manager/Bookkeeper Adecco is partnering with a respected Affordable Housing client in Westchester to find a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Office Manager/Bookkeeper . This individual must be fluent in both Spanish and English and have prior experience supporting administrative functions and handling basic bookkeeping (including QuickBooks).

Monday – Friday 9 AM-5

PM Pay :

$23 / hr. Temp-to-hire for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the management office according to scheduled hours of operation. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns. Maintain accurate filing systems for tenant records, correspondence, and housing documents. Maintains all tax receipts and prepares end of month reconciliation for CPA. Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly rent receipts with bank statements. Manage and maintain accurate records for tenant certifications and recertifications. Maintain and report all income discrepancies and tenant compliance issues. Review applications, recommend qualified applicants for admission, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written) 1-3 years of experience in an office or bookkeeping role (Housing/Residential Office preferred) QuickBooks proficiency is required Prior experience working with affordable housing or Section 8 tenants is highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail What’s in it for you?
