Specifically aiding in the marketing of the agent and their listings as well as ensuring all sales paperwork is executed correctly. He/she will learn all new technologies offered by the company in order to answer questions and help train agents one-on-one. In addition, the Marketing & Technology Assistant will be responsible for office exposure in various advertising mediums including print and social media. Job Responsibilities 1. Agent marketing and technology assistance. 30% 2. Overseeing listing paperwork completion and correctness of files in a transaction management system. 15% 3. Company program training and promotion to office agents. 15% 4. Assist Office Manager in coordination of meetings, events and charity fundraisers. 15% 5. Office Social Media. 10% 6. Coordination, approval and submission of office advertisements. 5% 7. Agent onboarding. 5% 8. Other duties as needed. 5%

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications or related experience

Experience:

2-3 years of marketing, customer service or project management experience. Real estate background and/or knowledge considered a plus.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint. Experience creating content and managing Social Media platforms. Exemplary communication skills; both written and verbal.
