What You’ll Do As Visual Designer/Office Administrator:

Create visually engaging digital and print content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using Canva, InDesign, and Adobe Suite. Research social media trends, collect testimonials, and support influencer engagement within the special needs space. Manage the annual company calendar-curating monthly themes, images, awareness events, and testimonials that reflect our mission. Design banners, graphics, and marketing materials that align with brand standards. Monitor & respond to social media messages and comments professionally. Support company leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, registrations, and document prep. Maintain inventory for marketing materials, office supplies, and internal ordering needs. Coordinate onboarding tasks, including software, hardware, and basic tech setup. Collaborate daily with leadership on business and operational support needs. Travel locally for errands and photo shoots (typically within one hour of the office).

Work full-time:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Our Ideal Visual Designer/Office Administrator:
Experienced:

Brings 2+ years of social media content creation and 2+ years of office administration experience; able to manage workload peaks and collaborate on strategy execution; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Computer Savvy:

Proficient with Google Suite, Canva, and photo/video editing; certifications in Adobe, graphic design, or social media are preferred.

Adaptable:

Shifts gears easily between creative work and admin tasks; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Collaborative:

Works well with others, communicates clearly, and supports a positive team culture.

Detailed:

Brings strong organization and accuracy to every project and deadline.

Positive:

Pleasant, helpful, and optimistic with a can-do attitude.

Strategic:

Thinks big-picture while executing day-to-day priorities effectively.

Active:

Able to sit or stand for extended periods and work in an environment with low office noise and occasional exposure to machinery with moving parts.
