Office Administrator – New Accounts Harper & Hodge Wealth Management 1221 3rd Street, Beaver, PA 15009 Job Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator – New Accounts to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities Draft new account paperwork as well as other correspondence and formal documents Communicate by telephone and email with investment companies to resolve exceptions and expedite funding of new accounts. Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Maintain client databases Perform other office duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in investments, insurance, banking and/or accounting or other related fields is strongly preferred Professional, friendly and caring personality imperative Ability to prioritize and multitask in a small team-oriented environment Work in cooperation with other team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail imperative Strong organizational skills Join our team as an Office Administrator to contribute to a dynamic work environment and play a key role in supporting office functions.
