Full Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee day-to-day financial and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing office systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in supporting company leadership and contributing to our overall efficiency and success.
Bookkeeping Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records using [e.g., QuickBooks] Record and categorize all transactions (A/P, A/R, payroll, expenses, etc.) Reconcile bank and credit card statements Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Prepare and submit sales tax filings and assist with end-of-year tax prep Track job costs and project budgets
Office Management Duties:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with HR paperwork and onboarding of new hires Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate internal communications Support leadership with administrative tasks and reporting Handle customer and vendor inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, office manager, or similar role Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Excellent organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based tools Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while utilizing your financial management skills, we encourage you to apply for the position.
