St. Mary Physicians Group, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Office Supervisor to join our Urology team!
Shift:
Full-Time, days Responsible for all aspects of managing and supervising front office procedures, tasks and personnel, including patient intake, registration, scheduling, greeting, referral, insurance/benefits verification and management of incoming phone calls. Hands on Training for all Medical Reception positions. Prepares Medical Receptionist work schedule to provide continuous coverage, making appropriate staffing provisions for peak census, inclement weather, system downtime and unanticipated emergencies. Conducts all procedural and surgical scheduling for patients seen at our Women’s Health location, in collaboration with hospital colleagues and off-site SMPG surgical schedulers. Pre-certifies all surgeries through patient insurance plan. As needed assist patient with obtaining referral Fax all consents, H&P and reservation sheet to PAT and O.R scheduling.
Requirements:
