Job Description
Office Manager Richards’ LLC 167 North Main Street, Pleasant Gap, PA 16823 Richards LLC is a growing contractor specializing in epoxy flooring , concrete lifting , and spray foam insulation . We’re currently seeking an Office Manager to help organize, coordinate, and support our field crews and clients from our office. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and workflow Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling Prepare and send estimates, invoices, and project paperwork Track payments, expenses, and job progress Coordinate material orders and delivery logistics Support hiring, onboarding, and team communication Maintain digital filing systems and office records Work closely with ownership and field crews to ensure efficient job execution
Qualifications:
2+ years of office management or admin experience Proficient in Google Workspace, QuickBooks, or similar software Excellent organization and communication skills Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Experience in the construction/trades industry is a plus but not required
