SUMMARY:
The Office Administrator – Commercial Support is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of Aytu BioPharma’s Pennsylvania office while providing cross-functional administrative support to the Commercial and Corporate teams. This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational excellence, vendor coordination, meeting logistics, onboarding logistics, and expenditure tracking in support of a dynamic and field-based workforce.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage daily office operations including facilities access, cleanliness, and safety.
Act as primary liaison with building/property management for repairs, maintenance, and building-related issues.
Maintain office supplies, order inventory, and support general upkeep of the workplace.
Greet visitors, manage mail/packages, and oversee shared calendar and meeting room usage.
Prepare and maintain a clean and welcoming office space for internal team members and external guests.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial and Corporate Teams to:
Facilitate new vendor setup and compile work orders in coordination with Accounting.
Acquire and reconcile purchase orders in partnership with Supply Chain.
Plan and execute internal and external meetings.
Support new hire onboarding in collaboration with Sales Training, HR, and Sales.
Manage commercial expenditures and oversee general office operations.
Assist with office-based logistics for employee onboarding and offboarding

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in office coordination, administration, or business operations.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industry preferred
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Onsite office-based role in Berwyn, PA.
Professional, well-lit, climate-controlled setting with standard office furnishings.
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing; extensive use of computer.
Occasional lifting of supplies and packages (up to 25lbs).
