Position Summary We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrative Assistant / Office Manager to support our daily operations. This is a critical role that ensures our clinical and administrative teams are functioning efficiently, documentation is compliant, and patients receive timely, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Serve as the central point of contact for office coordination and day-to-day administration Manage caregiver and staff scheduling, timesheets, and payroll documentation Process authorizations, care plan updates, and communication with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) Maintain up-to-date electronic records and ensure compliance with state and MCO documentation requirements Assist in onboarding and credentialing of new employees Handle office supply ordering, incoming calls, and general clerical support Support leadership in strategic projects and agency growth initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office manager role, preferably within home health care Knowledge of CHC waiver programs (PA Health & Wellness, Keystone First, etc.) strongly preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
