Job Description:
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the in-person support for our remote bookkeeper and help keep the office organized and efficient. You’ll be involved in a variety of administrative, financial, and operational tasks that support both our deli and car wash operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan and forward invoices, emails, and important documents to remote bookkeeper File and organize invoices and records Reconcile daily sales with deposits Help with onboarding and new hire paperwork Coordinate with store manager on day-to-day tasks Post and manage marketing content on our Facebook page Maintain office supplies and general organization Provide general administrative support as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Administrative duties with owners others businesses Entering data into QuickBooks +333.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable with basic computer tasks (scanning, email, social media) Prior office or administrative experience preferred Knowledge of small business operations or QuickBooks a plus Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. Experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred.
