Office Manager – Physical Therapy Clinic Are you an organized, tech-savvy leader with a passion for healthcare? Our busy Physical Therapy Clinic is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care through efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day front office operations to ensure smooth clinic flow Handle staff scheduling and supervise administrative support staff Oversee insurance verification, authorizations, and billing processes Ensure accurate and timely use of EMR systems for documentation and patient records Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Support patient check-in/out and customer service as needed Monitor supplies and coordinate with vendors

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare office management role Proficient with EMR systems and billing platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven experience managing people and staff schedules Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points for: Prior experience in a physical therapy or rehabilitation setting Familiarity with insurance authorization processes Positive attitude and leadership skills

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 – $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
