Mission:
The mission of the Office and Maintenance Administrator is providing excellent customer support to tenants and property owners at GM Property Solutions. The Office and Maintenance Administrator is responsible for making the customers first impression of GMPS an excellent one. This role works with the team to ensure customers are welcomed, responsive and excellent customer service is offered, supports maintenance functions and assists the team in accomplishing company goals & strategic objectives.
Outcomes:
Reduce call waiting time on GM Property Solutions phone lines Improve customer service to property owners and tenants Aid & assist the team as needed in company goals, projects, strategic objectives. Greet all customers and walk-ins with a smile and connect them to the correct individual Help with assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner Competencies /
