The Office Admin Trainer plays a very large role to help ensure new hires receive proper office and billing procedural training. Basic Requirements Must be proficient in STTC billing and office Admin roles and requirements. At least 5 years of STTC employment Heavy travel and overnight lodging required as needed – Company vehicle, cellphone, credit card, and laptop computer provided. Must be okay with prolonged weekday travel arrangements Demonstrates STTC’s quality initiatives consistently Enjoys working with all employees and demonstrates team work and self-motivation History of great customer interaction. Enjoys dealing with customers. Has demonstrated to be a provider of a high level of customer satisfaction Computer skills: ADaM, Microsoft Excel data reporting, Outlook, Word, Smartphone, Customer Webportals, PDT equipment Training Duties Training will include: all billing processes (Direct, NAFA, NAFA DR inputs, Government), cash drawer, DR chargeback troubleshooting, ADaM reporting (open order reports & etc.), inventory loading, purchase order & receiving, inventory transfers, accounts payable & receivable procedures, BTN, F drive, and telephone etiquette, and basic payroll functions. Assist all locations Implement consistent billing standards with new hires Use screen-sharing with camera training method Auditing a new trainee & existing personnel. Use the Office Processes checklist. Review with office Admin person and store manager prior to leaving and copy Corporate. Highlight areas in need of improvement. Travel Travel – For training new-hires and for filling in for office personnel on vacation or leave. Difficult to predict the amount of travel. All dependent upon the # of new-hires in need of training and the # of branches in need of assistance during employee absence. Inspection Duties Make regular visits to STTC locations and document your visit with a summary to local management Corporate While on site the Trainer will insure that branch billing is done accurately and in a timely manner (under 48 hours) by searching for unbilled manual work orders and open computer work orders. If this is not the case, the Trainer will work with office and branch personnel to help devise a plan to fix the issue. Audit each location’s Cash and Petty Cash boxes when on site
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative or educational role Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong knowledge of general office procedures, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt training strategies to meet the diverse needs of adult learners. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Requirements:
Drivers License. Overnight travel 0-3 nights per week.
