Office Manager McGrew Equipment Company 2191 Seven Valleys Road, Seven Valleys, PA 17360 McGrew Equipment Company is a full-service auction and equipment dealership specializing in construction & agricultural equipment. With a global buyer base, onsite & online bidding and regular consignment auctions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and seamless operations. We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each of the essential duties. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism across all administrative functions. Supervise and support office, inventory & equipment listing teams, including training, scheduling and performance feedback. Manage auction day operations including catalog printing, invoicing, payments, and more. Oversee equipment inventory & listing team and processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, logistics, inventory) to ensure a smooth auction-day operations & post-sale processing. Provide direct customer service to auction customers, consignors and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and issue resolution. Maintain quality service by enforcing customer service standards, analyzing and identifying areas of improvement. Ensure compliance with auction policies, title documentation standards and customer service protocols. Serve as the point person for supplies, equipment, maintenance and custodial. Identify process improvement and recommend solutions to increase office efficiency and enhance customer service. Coordinate with marketing to maintain high advertising standards of equipment. Ensure all health & safety standards are met. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, high performance and operational excellence. Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of management experience. Equipment, agricultural or industrial sectors a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with auction platforms, such as AuctionFlex or Netsuite, a plus. Experience with CRMs, particularly HubSpot a plus. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.

Working Conditions:

Extended hours required during auction days (up to four times a month) Half-day Saturday hours required (up to two times a month) Fast-paced customer-facing environment with occasional high-volume periods.

Essential Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, drive, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds and may infrequently lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision. $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
