Conference Services Manager Beach House Hilton Head 1 S Forest Beach Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 What You’ll Do (Besides Save the Day) ✅ Wrangle groups, banquets, and events with the skill of a rodeo champion ✅ Juggle vendors, clients, and last-minute requests (while making it look effortless) ✅ Translate vague emails like “We need a fun, but professional, but casual, but elegant setup” into actual event magic ✅ Ensure everything runs smoothly, from AV to appetizers, while making it all look easy ✅ Smile through the chaos, even when someone asks if the event space can be “just a little bigger”

A master planner who thrives on timelines, details, and spreadsheets with 3-5 years of experience The patience of a saint and the adaptability of a cat landing on its feet Strong “herding cats” experience (aka managing large groups of people) A hospitality guru who can charm clients, coordinate with chefs, and still have time to check the room temperature (yes, they will complain) Someone who can pull off a 10-hour shift with grace and a strategically hidden coffee stash What You Get in
