JOB SUMMARY
As an Office Administrator at Dawson and Dawson Home Care, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations of our agency. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and providing support to the management team, care professionals, and clients. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support:
Manage office communications including answering phones calls Email Management – responding to emails, delegating emails, following up on emails Assist with maintenance and updates of office files, records, and documents both in physical and digital formats. Maintain client satisfaction by expediting issues to Exec team
Calendar Management:
Schedule appointments, interviews, meetings, and assessments Prepare and brief weekly communications and scorecards. Client Intakes Assist with client intakes, including collecting necessary documentation and information, scheduling assessments
QUALIFICATIONS
Personable (not easily flustered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Works well under pressure and as a team Proven experience in office administration or a similar role Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. High school diploma or equivalent (Associates & Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in office management software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of home care industry regulations and practices is a plus.
