We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and easily handle a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors professionally. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing customer records. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Ensure that all customer service standards are met. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed. Assist with resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
