As a member of the HR team, the Le Creuset Office Manager is responsible for the physical space to embody the culture of Le Creuset. The Office Manager ensures the facility operates in the most efficient way possible and that the employees and visitors are able to conduct their daily activities with ease in a welcoming environment. This role may provide administrative support to the executive team and guests as well as some event planning for the office. The successful candidate will be highly organized, a good communicator, and extremely proactive as they will most often be the first point of contact for all external visitors. The candidate identifies as highly personable, confident, adaptable, flexible, and enjoys the challenges of supporting an office of diverse individuals. Partnering with the right stakeholders, the Office Manager will work to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Process Improvement Design, develop, and implement office policies and procedures for process improvement•delegate to appropriate parties to ensure efficiency of daily office operations. Administer adherence to office policies and procedures for maximum efficiency. Improve interoffice communication and oversee facilities to access, find, report, and propose solutions to each problem. Manage and Maintain Responsible for establishing relationships with reputable contractors for property upkeep by managing business relationships•rates with local hotels and contracts with vendors and service providers•HVAC, cleaning company, pest control, general repairs, and restaurants. Monitors office supplies and employee benefits while working within a set budget. Partnering with Finance, ensuring the maintenance budget is managed Executive Support Provide general administrative support to the Executive team as needed. Coordinating on-site and off-site executive meetings. Assist various departments in planning and executing off-site events (Sales Summits, Holiday Parties, Town Hall, Communications meetings, Monthly Executive meetings). Works closely with department heads to provide support to make their jobs operate with ease. Office Atmosphere Define company culture and values to set standard for office environment and maintain well rounded office morale. Encourage a positive atmosphere to accommodate a wide range of personalities. Working with Human Resources to set the tone for Le Creuset that helps create the culture which to be productive, creative, and maintain productivity for success.
