Take payments / process invoices Prepare and process bank deposits Pay bills that come in the mail or online Assist in pulling permits QuickBooks Online and Excel experience are preferred Match up invoices to technician jobs Follow up on previous day calls to make sure customers are happy. If they are, send them an email asking for a review (with the link to make it easy for BOTH) Follow up on estimates Call to collect on outstanding invoices over 30 days (2-3 days a week) Keep the office in shape. You are not a cleaner, but some vacuuming / counter cleaning / bathroom maintenance is good once a week. Manage social media accounts
