Holy City Heating and Air is looking for a dependable and proactive Office Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our office and support our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organization Serving as the primary point of contact for internal office matters and vendor relations Managing administrative functions, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting Supporting and coordinating HR activities such as onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance Assisting with payroll coordination and employee timekeeping Collaborating with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth internal communication
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership (HVAC or skilled trades industry experience a plus) Working knowledge of HR practices and procedures (recruiting, onboarding, compliance, benefits, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and familiar with office and HR software systems Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information Ready to Join a Team That Truly Cares?
