Full Job Description Hours:

8:30am-3pm, Monday-Friday Overview We are seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager Assistant to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-starter, with an ability to multi-task. Applicant is

REQUIRED

to provide a resume and at least 3 work references. Duties Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and administrative support. Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Help Catering Director with responding to catering inquiries and writing quotes to send to the customers/collect payments. Maintain phone systems to ensure effective communication within the restaurant locations. Coordinate vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Management of brokers. Enter all Toast POS System Updates for the restaurants. Record and manage all donations. Pack all online orders and ship out. Keep inventory of merchandise and supplies at the Corporate Office. Take inventory of merchandise in restaurants. Update website on Shopify.

MUST HAVE

experience with using Shopify as a storefront. Compile and send Sales Reports to Office Manager. Qualifications Proven experience in an office management role or similar position. Proficiency in Toast POS and Shopify. Experience with budgeting and financial management. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar accounting software is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
