Office Operations Manager Job Description The Office Operations Manager will oversee and manage office operations, including resource tracking, labor tracking, logistics, financial profitability, vendor management, scheduling, project estimating, and logistics. This role requires extensive experience in office management within the construction industry and strong organizational and analytical skills. We are a leading civil construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Oversee and manage office operations, including resource tracking and labor tracking. Handle logistics, financial profitability, and vendor management. Manage scheduling and project estimating. Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of construction projects. Maintain meticulous planning and flawless execution of projects. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Essential Skills 15-20 years of experience in office operations management within the construction industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Strong experience in resource tracking, labor tracking, logistics, financial profitability, vendor management, scheduling, and project estimating. Proficiency in office management software and tools. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
