Who has worked with case managers, has been through audits and inspections. Someone who is familiar with multi line phone systems, printer, copier, scanner and is comfortable talking on the phone or to other professional in person. This person will fill in at either of the Georgetown Offices if the Managers need to be off. This is an
AS NEEDED
position only. This person will cover for doctor appointments, sick days, children’s school or sporting events and vacation days. Responsibilities Manage office operations. Oversee day to day operations for caregivers and clients. Maintain accurate files and records to ensure compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and clients as well as any other required contacts. Assist in medical office management duties, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with medical office practices is a plus but not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
