Job Description

With that in mind, we offer: $23-27/hr based on experience Excellent benefits package including PTO Gym Membership and Weight-loss Program discounts On-site managers available 24/7 in addition to on-call managers An organized work environment Advancement opportunities Ideal ABOM candidates will have the following: Collections experience Previous experience in a nursing facility is ideal An understanding of Medicare auditing Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask efficiently Your day to day: As ABOM you will direct the billing functions in accordance with current acceptable accounting, cost reimbursement and legislative guidelines related to the long-term care industry. Additionally, you will: Perform general business office responsibilities, cash receipts and billing, patient rights, and safety and accounting functions. Assist with effective management and oversight of bookkeeping functions Complete the Medicare Triple check audit tool in a monthly basis prior to billing Medicare claims.
