Little River, SC 29566 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office manager/Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and financial records, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have QuickBooks skills and must have some knowledge of loan office software. Candidate must be familiar with real estate transactions and finance. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable. Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and preparing financial reports. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on daily tasks to ensure productivity. Handle vendor management by maintaining relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts as needed. File important documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information. Experience Proven experience in a similar role is preferred, showcasing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Quickbooks and loan office program experience very important. Familiarity with phone systems and effective phone etiquette is essential for managing communications. Experience in real estate finance and accounting is required. Knowledge of budgeting practices and basic accounting principles will be beneficial for this position. Proficiency in file management systems to maintain an organized office environment is required.
