Mosquito Control Field Technician Mosquito Joe is a fast-growing, locally owned business and we’re looking for a Mosquito Control Field Technician to join our team. Our Mosquito Control Field Technician provides outdoor pest control services. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Manage and execute customer sales process via phone and online sales channels Deal directly with customers either by telephone, text or email to respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints Manage customer accounts via proprietary software system Develop, monitor and ensure completion of field technician schedules on a daily basis Manage office staff on a daily basis Complete billing and invoicing of customers on a daily basis Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment Responsible for training of office staff Education and Experience High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent Competent computer skills including MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.) Strong administrative, organization and filing skills Phone sales experience preferred, not required CRM software experience preferred, not required Key Competencies Outgoing and personable with strong interpersonal skills Communication skills – verbal and written Listening skills Consumer sales Attention to detail and accuracy Customer service orientation
