- Under general supervision of the Director of Consumer Services you will:
Direct and oversee the Statistical Research Analyst and their efforts to develop and complete ad hoc and recurring reports, program evaluations, special projects, and other departmental duties and responsibilities.
Design and develop recurring and ad hoc reports, statistical models, and dashboards. Coordinate with the Research Analyst to communicate relevant findings to stakeholders.
Plan and conduct summative and outcome program evaluations by creating logic models, designing data collection systems, writing literature reviews, performing qualitative and quantitative statistical analysis, and providing insights important for program management and continuous improvement. In coordination with the Director of Consumer Services, and at their discretion, plan, delegate, and complete special research and projects as assigned. Write up findings or results and deliver them to appropriate stakeholders, in a timely manner. Provide technical assistance, product delivery, or training as needed to stakeholders regarding research, surveys, statistical analysis, and other departmental responsibilities and duties.
Coordinate with management to regularly review metrics and key performance indicators for performance management and plan the delivery of insights and guidance for the improvement of service delivery. Plan and design or maintain metrics and key performance indicators that align with the agency’s strategic objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT and other agency departments on a regular basis.
Plan the implementation of all departmental activities and projects. Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional experience as a planner, researcher or statistician. A master’s degree in statistics or a related discipline may be substituted for the required work experience.
Occasional in-state day travel.
