You’ll handle general office operations while also driving our social media , recruitment campaigns , and marketing support for our agents and office. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media Support (50%) Create and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Develop fresh content including graphics, videos, reels, blogs, and agent spotlights. Assist in the creation of engaging email campaigns aimed at attracting new agents (all experience levels). Design graphics and presentation slides for internal sales meetings that are informative and visually appealing. Collaborate with the Broker-in-Charge on ideas that support current agents and promote our office culture to prospective recruits. Assist in video content creation for social platforms featuring both agents and our office. Track metrics and suggest creative improvements based on performance data and current trends. Help with paid ads (Google/Facebook) and ongoing website/social updates. Office Management & Administrative Support (50%) Serve as the welcoming face of our office—warmly greeting visitors, clients, and agents. Manage day-to-day office tasks including answering phones, ordering supplies, and supporting the Broker’s schedule. Assist with onboarding/offboarding agents and provide ongoing system support. Maintain office organization and help create a positive, collaborative atmosphere. Support agents with tech tools and platforms as needed.
