The Firm is seeking someone with several years of HR knowledge and experience supporting your day-to-day work while also preparing and focusing on quarterly and annual efforts. This position will report to the HR Director and work with attorneys in the office to maintain staffing levels, prepare workflow when needed, handle any performance or behavioral issues that arise, and other HR functions as needed. There is some travel included in the position. This person will manage two offices depending on the layout the HR Director decides is best with the total personnel in the HR team.
