Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Manager at Long of Chattanooga AutoMall will oversee the daily operations of the office and administrative staff. This is a full-time position in the accounting department. The candidate must have previous office management experience in the automotive industry, a strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, and excellent organizational and leadership skills. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the dealership’s administrative processes, as well as maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the office and administrative staff Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and record-keeping Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payments Monitor and reconcile dealership bank accounts Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure efficient communication and processes Prepare and submit regular financial reports to upper management Review and implement policies and procedures to improve financial and administrative efficiency Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for office staff Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the dealership

Requirements:

Previous experience in management,in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles Excellent organizational and leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills
