The Executive Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office equipment, handling customer service inquiries, and providing comprehensive administration support. The role includes scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, assisting with communication, and streamlining office operations to ensure efficiency. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills An intensity to produce results for our clients and for Spectruss Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration Experience with office equipment management Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with digital marketing industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is beneficial Experience using Google Business Suite, ClickUp and Slack is beneficial. This candidate will be tasked with becoming proficient in each ASAP Eagerness to grow within the company to take on more responsibilities as they are promoted Compensation Starting salary $50,000 with 6 month reviews with ability to earn up to 10% pay increase in the first year. This role also has the ability to be promoted to a higher level position with higher pay as the individual takes on more tasks and proves to be a good asset for helping the company achieve growth.
