The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting manager and road personnel. Duties Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate call logs for team members. Handle supply management and foster employee relationships. Maintain accurate records using office management software. Monitor and answer client calls and facility inquiries. Communicate effectively with staff and clients to address inquiries and resolve issues. Organize office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or office environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in client management is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools. Self Motivation and ability to manage personal daily tasks.
