What You’ll Do:

Own a section of customer intake (calls, messages, emails — you name it, we got to do it as its all done in house, even our marketing and social media) Keep service records clean, organized, and up-to-date including light bookkeeping Build and process invoices using our shop management software Order parts, manage vendor communication, and keep us stocked Support daily operations and assist the owner directly Ensure a smooth, professional experience from start to finish•

Who You Are:

Experienced in office administration or the automotive world (service advisor experience preferred) Familiar with shop management software (e.g., Shopmonkey, Mitchell1, etc.) Or the innate desire to learn and grow with trainable attributes Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) A confident communicator with a professional, customer-first approach Detail-oriented and dependable — you don’t let things fall through the cracks Strong and steady under pressure, with a resilient, solutions-focused mindset Energized by a small-business environment where your work matters Excited to grow alongside a mission-driven, woman-led company•

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM•5:00 PM Can be flexible for the right candidate. Can have a 25% WFH option for the right candidate. (No weekends!)

Hybrid Option:

After training, this position MAY be done
