The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in administrative tasks, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while providing support to both staff and clients. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and professionalism. Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to important documents. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions, including invoicing and expense tracking. Operate phone systems effectively, managing calls and messages as needed. Support team members with personal assistant tasks as required to enhance productivity. Collaborate with management to implement office policies and procedures. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with various office software applications.
