Match purchase orders to invoices and process payments.
Accounts Receivable:
Process payments, manage aging reports, and handle collections.
Payroll:
Process timecards, handle garnishments and leaves of absence.
Human Resources:
Manage hiring/onboarding processes, terminations, training, employee files, and workers compensation claims.
Supervision:
Supervise two full-time and one part-time office staff members.

Handle weekly contributions and deposit funds.
Account Reconciliation:
Balance bank statements monthly.
Month-End Close/Year-End Close:
Perform closing activities for both monthly and yearly periods.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and submit financial reports to the CPA and President.
