Client Details Our Client is a new yetexpanding General Contractor with a strong portfolio working onsmaller commercial projects all of which are local to the Knoxvillearea. They desire hard-working individuals who can be mentored anddevelop with senior level growth in mind. This construction firmoffer’s a wide range of construction planning and managementservices and are always committed to understanding their client’sneeds Description Run/manage project from start to finish OverseeSubcontractors and full construction project on a daily basesCoordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers toresolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish andmaintain an effective and professional on site working relationshipwith Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other partiesrelated to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practicesand culture on the project.
