How you Will make a difference + Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if deemed necessary. + Conduct day-to-day operation of Business office including: managing Budgets, Records, or etc. + Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident. + Maintain vital statistics within the facility (Census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc) + Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process. + Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported. What you Need to make a Difference + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Relevant Experience working in a Long Term Care environment. + 1-2 years of Supervisory/Management experience + High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
