Specialized Experience:
For the GS-09 , you must have one year of experience a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes overseeing, training and deleging work to subordines; directing and providing guidance to staff; working in a team environment with others to secure support from multiple businesses and organizions; communicing with diverse populions; setting priorities; developing, monitoring, and/or analyzing detailed program/project requirements and implemention schedules; reviewing cost, quality, and progress reports.
OR Educion:
Master’s or equivalent gradue degree; for 2 full years of progressively higher-level gradue educion leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if reled. For the GS-11 , you must have one year of experience a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes supervising employees in the office and indirectly supervising employees working in a decentralized and geographically dispersed locion to ensure work is completed on time; maintain constant and daily communicion with management and subordines; assisting in directing da collection activities; assisting in developing procedures to meet all budget, time, and quality goals; and experience reviewing and analyzing various reports such as cost, progress, performance, payroll, personnel, recruiting and quality reports.
