Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Administrator/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:
Administrative Management :

Provide support to various departments, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative attitude in handling a range of tasks involved in daily operations of company.

Patient Relations Ambassador:

Cordially greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

Call Management:

Efficiently handle incoming calls, screen appropriately, and redirect them to the correct departments, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage calendars for multiple departments, coordinating appointments and meetings with precision.

Clerical Support:

Perform administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and organizing mail to support daily business activities.

Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, reflecting the professional image of our company.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven experience as an office administrator or receptionist role

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Google Suite and other office management software, with a knack for quickly learning new programs.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with clients and colleagues.

Organization:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confidentiality:
