Full Job Description Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to support the daily operations of our fast-paced real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and enjoys being the go-to person for office needs. As the first point of contact for our agents, clients, and vendors, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly and our team supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and prepare the office each morning for daily operations Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Serve as the liaison for all office systems and vendor relationships (tech, cleaning, utilities, etc.) Maintain and manage office supplies, printer/copier setup, and troubleshooting Write checks, manage petty cash (if applicable), and handle regular bank deposits Set up and organize the office for closings and client meetings Manage office calendar, including meetings, closings, and team events Maintain secure lockboxes, office keys, and access protocols Keep internal resources up to date: phone list, agent contact sheet, front desk display/stats Assist with onboarding new agents (e.g., workspace setup, tech orientation) Support marketing or listing teams with ad hoc administrative needs as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a real estate office or similar professional environment strongly preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a high attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable with real estate-specific tools and systems (MLS, lockbox systems, etc.) or willing to learn Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite; experience with printers/copiers Trustworthy, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information

Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30
