Job Description Job Description LISEGA Inc., a worldwide leader in the production of pipe supports for the Nuclear, Petrol-chem and Energy production industries, is seeking to add an “in-office” Project Manager (PM) to our growing staff. The PM will be accountable for complete Project execution once a PO is received from our customers. This position reports to the “Order Logistics Supervisor” and the job is located at our US Headquarters in Kodak, Tennessee just off I-40 Exit 407 (about 20 miles from downtown Knoxville). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing management and oversight of contracts and customer service needs which directly facilitate or support activities in LISEGA’s operations. Managing of activities related to our contractual requirements, supporting standardization, cost containment and customer satisfaction. Maintaining and tracking internal contractual deadlines, incoming and outgoing tasks to respective program team members or administrative staff. Creating, maintaining, and tracking contracts to include monthly reporting requirements and ad hoc events. Organizing and prioritizing a large volume of information. Resolving customer related issues (returns, overcharges, late deliveries, etc.). Implementing and managing LISEGA projects using our EKS Order system, Hanger Tracker and other related systems or web sites. Potential for directing and leading Contracts Assistant /Contracts Administrative Assistant to ensure the project activities are current and maintained. Train and develop CA or asst.’s regarding all contract administration duties. Starting pay will depend on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business degree with related experience preferred. 3 years of industry and job-related experience is required. Strong communication, problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills are a MUST have. Ability to travel occasionally.
