Randstad is partnering with a small manufacturing company near the Bartlett area. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with accounting and administrative skills, capable of managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

salary:
$22 – $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM – 3:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manage accounts payable processes, including receiving, coding, and processing invoices.
Generate and send out customer invoices for completed “jobs” (projects).
Process weekly payroll accurately and efficiently using the company’s proprietary software.
Enter and reconcile purchase orders within the job management system to ensure accurate invoice matching.
Maintain and update information for all active shop “jobs” within the company’s system. This includes tracking progress, materials, and other relevant details.
Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks as needed.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and courteously.
Greet and assist visitors to the office.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Handle shipping logistics, including logging into the UPS system to prepare shipments.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized.
Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
Understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts payable and billing.
Experience processing payroll, preferably using company-specific software (experience with similar payroll systems will be considered).
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Experience with UPS or other shipping platforms is a plus. Skills
