Office Administrator Position Available In Sumner, Tennessee

Office Administrator Toes of Grace Dance Studio 108 Powell Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075 Toes of Grace Dance Studio is looking for an office administrator who has a love for dance, children, and families and exceptional organizational skills with superior attention to detail. We have a part time opening at our location in Hendersonville. Having your own reliable transportation is mandatory along with excellent computer skills. We are a growing company and the need for flexible administrators is critical. Your office experience should include the ability to inform customers about policies, collect payments on past due accounts, and register dancers for dance classes. You will also follow up with leads in our CRM system, book trial classes, and nurture current families. You will also be responsible for managing our dancewear inventory and taking orders. The ability to upsell dance classes and dancewear is a must. The ideal candidate would also have experience with using google forms and canva. You must be a multi-tasking genius and have the ability to enthusiastically, patiently and calmly discuss schedules and class descriptions with potential and existing customers via phone or in person. You should also exhibit exceptional patience in a noisy environment full of young children and their moms and the siblings of the dancers! You will also be responsible for keeping the studio tidy and clean during studio hours. Previous experience running or managing a dance studio is a definite bonus. You should have some knowledge of dance. For this position, the work week will require Monday through Thursday 3:00-7:30pm, Fridays 9:00am-12:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm. (You will complete opening and closing procedures before and after shifts). The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week. Recital season is in June and December. All staff must work recitals including dress rehearsals. The studio is usually closed with the public school system for Christmas break and Fall/Spring break and reduced summer hours. There will be no Saturday hours in the summer from the end of June and July except for Open House. Compensation starts at $16-$18 per hour depending on experience, with opportunity for an increase after a 90 day training period.
