Job Description

Office Manager Leavitt Family Medicine Hendersonville, TN 37075 Leavitt Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our primary care clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of clinic management, ensuring that all aspects of the clinic run smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of patient care while managing administrative functions, human resources, and fiscal responsibilities. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including value based care initiatives and medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Manage office management functions including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation. Lead human resources activities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development. Implement fiscal management practices to maintain budgetary goals and optimize financial performance. Utilize electronic health record systems such as eClinicalWorks for efficient patient management. Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care in all care settings. Develop and maintain clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvement strategies as needed. Experience Proven experience in office management within a health care or dental office setting is essential. Strong background in human resources management is required. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred. Experience in managing operations within a clinical environment is advantageous. Previous experience in a primary care setting is a plus but not mandatory.
