Our client is looking for a Regional Office Manager with 3-5 years of experience managing multiple office locations. This role is crucial to ensuring seamless operations, building a strong office culture, and supporting attorneys and staff across several locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Day-to-Day Operations across multiple office locations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient administrative support Coach and Support Administrative Staff while managing employee relations and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture Ensure Compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies across all locations Collaborate with Attorneys and Department Leaders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency Recruit and Staff Legal Support and Administrative Roles in collaboration with the HR team Coordinate Facilities Needs including office moves, renovations, and maintenance in conjunction with the facilities department Travel Regionally on at least a quarterly basis to Knoxville and Memphis (or as needed) to maintain alignment and provide support across offices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of direct office management experience Experience in a law firm or professional services setting is preferred Willingness to travel within Tennessee (quarterly or as needed)
