Assistant Office Manager Braingineers Lab 492 Industrial Dr, Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Braingineers Lab is a family-friendly Maker space located in Mount Juliet. Our After-school program is one of a kind STEAM hands-on program. We are looking for a responsible, energetic, motivated, and passionate Assistant Office Manager who truly wants to be part of a fun team and make a difference! The office Receptionist will be responsible for the front desk and running some errands. The best candidate to join the team will have previous experience in an office or school setting, valid driver’s license. Successful candidates will have to undergo a drug test, background check and will be required to be fingerprinted. For transportation, we have a small bus that does NOT require a CDL license.

Requirements/skills:

• Detail-oriented and able to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Flexible, friendly, and good at establishing and following procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with other personnel and faculty
• Able to cultivate relationships with kids in a brief time period
• Confidence and capability in giving directions
• Willing and able to work in stressful situations
• Experience Driver with a valid driver’s license
• First Aid training will be a plus
• Candidate will need to pass a drug test, and a background check.
