Unique to Silver Maple, the Office and Campus Manager will assume multiple administrative duties while also overseeing higher-level tasks and creating our office of first impression, making this a full-time, in-person, hybrid position. The primary function of the Office and Campus Manager is to: Manage the overall function, flow, and appearance of the offices and campuses, Act as the first point of contact for anyone contacting or arriving at the office, and Facilitate efficient workflow by supporting colleagues and creating solutions.

DETAILED DUTIES

Politely and professionally answer all incoming phone calls Serve as the first point of contact for visitors arriving on-site Ensure the showroom quality of our primary office Manage the receiving process for deliveries Manage supply for the kitchen, office, and general campus needs Manage subcontractors who are responsible for campus upkeep Oversee office equipment, including rental agreements, upgrades, maintenance, and acquisition Oversee employee connectivity needs, including phones, computers, tablets, field internet, etc., and the providers of these services Monitor and manage security, including surveillance cameras, door codes, and alarm services In conjunction with existing contractors, provide software management and support Administer the company-wide Google Calendar Collaborate with the Director of Field Resources to manage fleet vehicles, including but not limited to maintenance and repair appointments, badging, registration, and inspections Assist Human Resources with the coordination of employee relations, including but not limited to team lunches, company parties, meetings, clinics, birthday/anniversary recognitions, and sympathy support Manage branded merchandise design and purchasing processes In conjunction with Human Resources + the Finance department, maintain accurate and current employee lists with area vendors (changes with each on or off-boarding) Collaborate with the Director of Customer Care, Sales + Marketing on holiday mailings and gifts for clients Contribute to the selection, assembly, and distribution of the annual employee holiday gift Collaborate with the Director of Customer Care, Sales + Marketing on the annual gathering Manage and liaise with Silver Maple tenants; serve as their first point of contact Support C-level executives as needed

REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Associate’s degree or years of experience equal to a degree 5 years of previous administrative work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work at a desk for 6-8 hours per day Ability to climb stairs and move about the office Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
